Conditions, informed zne that subject prototype studies were
completed. Cie will forward 3 copies of each to Vr. Clinton for
review, of which one copy will be forwarded to OBI for concurrent
review.
2. Assistant Secretary George Lodge is anxivus? to have a
u eeetinjl with Mr. Ar ory as soon as CIA and State can t ,,e a
position on Labor's trial contributions which, if favorable. will
result in shifting. production responsibility for Section 44 from
State to Labor.
