Missing Air Force Graphics as listed 3 July 1961 memo from Ch/D/P
Col Sykes phoned today at 1545 to say that he had checked into
the status of the graphics on the sections referred to in the
attached 3 July memo and that, by pressure to get some priorities
juggled and extra work applied, he has now been told that the
raphicvj far NIS 9 and 10 will be delivered to OHI by IZ July,
and those for NIS 18, 53A, and 39 by 19 July. Ile said the
decision as to whether Air Force should receive FY61 credit
for the sections if the materials are delivered by the mentioned
dates is an OBI administrative decision w1dcl: he would not attempt
to influence and would abide by. Queried, he said he thought the
delivery dates were apt to be met, but he could not guarantee that
they would be.
