SUBJECT: Annual Report of the NIS Program
1. I enclose herewith for your information the Annual
Report of the National Intelligence Survey for Fiscal Year 1961.
This report reviews the production performance of each of the
contributing agencies for the year.
2. I an, pleased to note that your staff fulfilled its
scheduled conunitment of 9 NIS Sections 56 for the year.
This record is a continuation of the quantitative and qualitative
improvement in Sections 56 which resulted in awarding the
25X1A9a MS Commendation to last year. Please
convey my congratulations to those responsible for this fine
performance.
