25X1 Aga 1, ~qr. Chief/KBE, came after the Stockholm
reply to Airgram GA-6275. He said the AD of his part of DD/P
instructed hie area divisians to summarize field replies so that
he could prepare a reply for on local and field 25X1A9a
use of the NIS by DD/ P.
2. After considerable hard-nosed grumbling, AR r. -
(who looked like an ex-FBI type] said that an extra copy of these
replies could be sent by State to RI/CIA for routing to the proper
DD/P area divisions.
