After the Senior Staff rneeting this morning I visited Paul Sorel and mentioned our joint draft memorandum for the rI/I which had just been received yesterday as signed off on 20 February by Huntington Sheldon for Mr. Cline, and therefore I was circulating it for discussion by the NIS Corrsmittee. I would. however. need some stateruent from BR on what and how they Intended to wind up their corrmrnitment to 031.
