I told him I would consult the appropriate contributor and. find some
place in sociological coverage to put it.
Z. Kaiu. in response to my tiiephon inquiry, said he would
look at the revised outline of 'ectie t 4k. Capin back later, he said
it would go well under "Structure of the eic cie+ty -- social groups.
3. Lester (telecon) was dubious. I asked him to ex*miue
the KP instructions and brim zaae a draft of what he wanted. The
draft he brought in today asked rather snaruely for "characteristic
qualifications of the country's leadership. He also wanted common
characteristics of leaders as to origin, political affiliation, etc.
In discussion of this after today's NIS Committee meeting, he admitted
this was not excerpted from ? instructions but we a new requirement.
H. also agreed that much of what he asked for would require naming
the leaders discussed with attendant hazard of obsolescence.
4. Lester. Kain, have all 25X1A9a
