thout an additional person in the Pdhlicetioa Division (DM, OBI,

other ways to assist DAIC in meetino its overeall NIS commitment

support eo ORR and OSI contributors to the NIS, ana the production
of NIS eectiou covor amps. While OBI did not specifitielly relate
the function of Nap Coordinator with the responsibilities DIP
agreed to absorb, in the context of reference (b) OBI took it that
tee matter vas closee and that Wilt vould retain the Bhp Coordinator
ponsibility. I haft no anticitation that it vould assuee these

on all NI8 Demo Wisps and to proviee the aoatribwzors with the informatioe.
Retardless of other considerations it would not be efficient or fesoible
to transfor to OBI this functioa which es tu-Ltmately related to the
cartographic area specialists.
