The Office of basic Intelligence is beginning to develop
its operating budget for Fisch Year 1966 and to work up its
estimate of funds required for Fiscal Year 1967. Therefore,
we would appreciate by 6 April 1965 the following information
regarding your S Staffs:
a. current projection of funds and personnel for FY65;
b. any changes in previously submitted funds and
personnel estimates for FY 66
c. funds and personnel estimates for FY67.
