States proposals far revision of the Outline CioXide for Section 44 (Uanpower)? and Suteectiene530 (Foreign Policies) and 530 (National Defense Policies), were approved with minor changes by the Committee. 3. The Air Foree's proposal for revision of Section 37 (Civil Mr) was discussed at some length. The Chatham submitted a detailed coargentarr of the proposed revision whieh the ambers were requested to consider at the next meeting. 4. The Chairman called for Production Schedules far FT 1952 from the respective Chapter Coordinators., The State ember sehatted schedules for Chaptere XV, Y, and VI. The Navy weber indicated that secs adjustmant would have to be made in respect to the aShipbelditer contribution to Chapter VI, which the State member said would he worked out with Navy before the ma meetdng. The .Aray merther submitted the production schedule for Chapter VIII, and stated that the schedules for Chapters U and nx would be ready in a few days. As seen as the Chspter U schedule is e?lmted, a copy will he sent to the Chapter IX Coordinator for nee in .prsperi that chapter's schedule. The Chairs= =mewled that the sehadule for Chapter VII would be ready by the end of the we*. Re further stated that D/B would prepare ? consolidated Fr 1952 Production Schedule for consideration by the Committee as soon as all chapter schedules were received. 5. Copies of the proposed revision of the ES ISditorial Instruction*" were made available to the meMbere. This revision will be discussed at the next meeting. 6. The Army member stated that the Signal Corps, at the request of DiS? had reexamined Section 30 (Taleateemunications) and the related Supplement XII on tore*, and reacenersied that the material not be published at this time.
