It served its purpose of providing a ready reference on the basic Intel.

responsibility for the rdinatiion of NIS Section 45, ? th and

S. The Ashy menber said that it would be helpful to his Agency
if the >tI8 Qmrterly Production Report would indicate those ffi8 elements
which were not to be published. Thus, users would, know that the specified
eleents were not available for issue. Canmittee discussion brought out
that the "Zatrmduction" Sections ought to be the appropriate place to
indicate the Section status for each Chapter. This procedure would require
that the "Introduction" Sections be sent to users who request other sections
of the chapter in line with the Casmittee's view expressed at the last
sting. The Vice Maim= said he would look into the feasibility of
roaditying the Quarterly Report as suggested by the Army member.
10. The next meeting of the RIB Cmmittee will be hold at 1000 hours
