The Vice-Chairman noted that only 25% of the production commitments for January had been met during the first three weeks of the month. He expressed concern over this low production since the revised production schedule which went into effect on 1 January 1952 was supposed to be in line with agency capabilities. In a general discussion of the production situation it was brought out that this low production was due chiefly to delays encountered in the final review aid reproduction of NIS materials.
