Forwarded herewith for your -ir formation and retention are one copy each of T attachments 1 through 8. hese Attachments list essentially those items of Government Furnished Material (GFM) that--was either missing, never ordered, or needed to reasonably install workable systems where applicable. 25X1A 2. Attachments 5 through 8 represent lists which were hand carried to for immediate procurement since they were items critically needed by the con rac or to proceed with the construction without further delay. These list sled from "tak it the Title 2 inspector at the request of the ocure i Officer, when it was first realized that the original s gs did not include ~' to install workable systems. These lists were reviewed b ho concurred in their procurement. Some of the items would have been originally needed, but were not included in the priginal GFM listings. According to the.procurmment officer - the U.S. Governement is responsible for supplying items not included in the original specifications if they are of a type that the U.S. Government would normally include in GFM. 3. Attachments 2, 3 and 4 were also hand carried to _ for immediate order since again we were at the point of holding up the contractor in his construction. Attachments 3 and 4 were compiled by the Title 2 Inspector and reviewed by the Assistant FE Engineer. Atachment Ii. was made up for the same reasons listed in paragraphs 1 and 2 above, while attachment 3 was compiled because no provisions were made during the original planning for the actual installation of a fuel oil piping system. Item #12 is enroute from the United States. f. Items 13 through 23 arrived. without the lamps indicated, plus 5 type N 25X1A fixtures missing. The fixtures have been reordered through _ and the lamps are being procured through channels. g. Items #24 was a reorder since the hook hinges sent with the original 5X1A GFM turned out to be padlock hasps and cannot be used to hang screen windows. The hasps are being returned to per their verbal request. h. Item #25 was ordered since it represents that portion of sewer line which eventually will be laid in the area of any proposed wing addition, now or in the future. This will eliminate having to replace any sewer line. 5. Attachment # 1 lists a panel board obviously ordered and received in error. X1A However, the title 2 inspector and the Assistant FE Engineer concur that it still can be used by mounting the necessary circuit breakers in the available spaces for spares. The FE Engineer stated he would inform and request that the technicians procure and deliver these two circuit breakers whenever they visit the site to install the equipment contigned to the counterpoise building. 6.
