StTBJFC T Delinquent Accounts as of 30 November 1962
1. Attached hereto are the following reports concerning delinquent
advance accounts in the 0 & L Branch:
A. Regular monthly report on delinquencies.
B. Cumulative report on delinquencies - 30 September thru 30
November 1962.
C. Report on "Methods of Clearing" on agent accounts for October
and November 1962.
2. Probably the most significant item in the report is the reduction
of delinquent agent advances to only thirty (30) accounts -? a reduction of
approximately 60% since 30 September 1962, when our concentrated efforts
began. Of these thirty (30) outstanding delinquencies, thirteen (13)Ibecame
delinquent in November, thus, leaving only seventeen (17) accounts more
than sixty (60) days delinquent prior to 1 November 1962.
