require Fiscal Annexes sines accountings are to be submitted in accordance
with normal XUBAttK Regulations.
21 It is the policy of this office to sterilize and dispatch within
five working days Fiscal Annexes that are applicable to Field Certifying
Officers. In any instance wherein reference to the Project outline
indicates that a Fiscal Annex is required, but such an outline has not been
received, we will appreciate advice in order that corrective action may be
initiated.
