lectured and conducted a field accounting exercise, the lecture of which
was geared to a current live problem in the Operations Courseo
2, On 31 June a film on the Petrov defection was shown for the first
time in the Operations Course? This film was a television production based
on the Michael B,a Bialoguski books "The Case of Ca10 Petrov,," The film was
introduced by an ' appropriate briefing, pointing out certain discrepancies
in existence between various published accounts of this defection.. The
Petrov case will be discussed in the seminar on 17 June,

agent meeting, and two operations officers' meetings, For the first time
in the OC, the initial meeting of this problem was held in town and the
students were required to activate appropriate Case Officer/Agent comnunii
cations procedures,.
