undersigned that he would like to make a change in the program
so that another representative of the CI Staff could spend Friday,
16 August with the trainee. This office was not given any outline
or content of the subject matter covered on Friday, but we resumed
the training again on.Monday, 19 August. On the morning of
^lednesday, 21 August, the undersigned was advised by NEA Division
that the training program has been terminated. The NEA man
further advised that it was not any reflection on OTR, but that
the trainee himself was more interested in technical demonstrations
and visits to installations rather than sitting in on classroom
type instruction. Accordingly, this program was terminated on
this date.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
a. One training project involving U.S. deep cover agents
is continuin at Headquarters. Two started at Headquarters. One
finished and two finished at Headquarters.
b. Meetings have been held with representatives of SR_ 25X1A
regarding tutorial training to be conducted at
3 - 6 September fors x- of their contract agent
personne and two staff employees. All will be 25X1A6a
in a secure manner and will be specially handled
