1. This memorandum contains a recommendation for your
approval. The recommendation is contained in paragraph .

25X1A14a 2. The No. 1-69 is scheduled
for 26 August through 13 September 1968. Only four individuals
have registered for this course which normally has a quota of eight
students. The low enrollment of students for this running of the
course is apparently the result of the conjunction of several

run this course for only four students, particularly in considera-
tion of the special support it requires both at-and at 25X1A6a
The next regular running of this course is
scheduled for the period 4 - 22 November 1968.
3. In view of the circumstances outlined above, it is
recommended that the 26 August - 13 September running of this
course be cancelled. The D]P/TRO and the CI Staff (which retains
its strong interest in this course) concur in this recommendation.
