SUBJECT: Re uest for Educational Allowance Grant --

1. During the recent fall semester , dependent 25X1A9a
daughter of the late completed her senior year of
high school by attending the School, - and
by taking concurrently a University of Nebraska extension course 25X1A6a
covering the second half of her senior year. The reason for this
unusual educational procedure is that Miss - planned to be
married in January 1961.
2. The late Mr. - was granted an educational allowance 25X1A6a
for the cost of the first semester tuition at the
School. Claim for reimbursement for the cost of the University of
Nebraska extension courses is submitted herewith. Receipts are
attached.
3. It is requested that Mrs. 's claim for reimbursement
of her daughter's unusual method of education be approved and paid
in lieu of the educational allowance which would have been granted
for two semesters of schooling attended separately.
