1. The Deputy Comptroller advised the undersigned by
telephone on 3 July 1961 that the GAO Auditors were going
to audit the Office of Research and Reports and that the
Fiscal Division is authorized to make available to the
Auditors all vouchers and records in this office relating
to ORR.
