dated 1 June 1942
1. This memorandum has been proper or the purrNme
of establishing responsibilities of the Finance and Fiscal
Divisions relative to following up and resolving audit
differences which may ocour daring the processing of claims
for reimbursement of voucherod fund petty cash expenditures
which have been disbursed by the finance Division under tile
procedures established in reference Comptroller Instruction.

of any adjustseats sade in the amount claimed 2 r

such adjustments.
