Staff are authorized to approve the transportation of automobiles
for officers and employees assigned to permanent duty stations outside
the continental United States, its territories, and possessions, under
Section 5(a)(4) of Public Law 110 pending revision of appropriate
published administrative instructions on the subject of travel and
transportation.
