Dear Sir: Subject: Cashier Audit Report
Paragraph 6f of Treasury Department Circular No. 1030, dated
July 24, 1959., provides that a copy of the unannounced audit report
(or signed excerpt from a general audit report) be furnished at
least annually to the disbursing officer from whom the advance is
obtained.
Since more than a year has elapsed from the date of the
original advance or the receipt of the last audit report, it is
requested that a copy of such an audit report be furnished this
office in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned
paragraph.
The name of each cashier and the date of advance or last
audit report is attached.
