We are entering on duty tod professional, technical,
and Communications personnel and clerical personnel
(provisionally).'[_Clerical personnel are being arbitrarily
slotted against Directorate ceilings with the view to having
the Agency fully at ceiling as of close of business 30 June
1967. The last EOD group will be that of Monday, 26 June
and on Wednesday, 28 June, we can make whatever final
adjustments in slotted strength, upward or downward, that
