SUBJECT: Transfer of CRS Computer Operators to
OJCS and ISD
1. By agreement of 23 May 1973, between the Director,
Central Reference Service and Director, Joint Computer
Support, seven computer operator positions and seven computer
operators are to be transferred from CRS to OJCS. The
following positions and personnel will be transferred to meet
this requirement:

computer operators in DDO/ISD numbering three in July and
four in the October-January time frame. Although the
availability date .of surplus CRS operators does not coincide
exactly with the ISD requirement dates, the committee re-
cognized the desirability of an accommodation. Subsequent
discussions led to an agreement between representatives of
CRS, OJCS and ISD to meet the latter's requirement for
computer operators. The agreement is to:
a. Transfer three additional CRS computer
operators to OJCS, double encumber these operators
against OJCS positions and detail them to DIS/O
until such time as the latter can absorb them in its
own T/0. The operators are:

3. During the course of the operator interviews by
Chief, DIS/O one CRS operator was recognized as having
qualifications particularly well suited to DIS/D require-
ments. The DIS/D (Chief, Development Support Section)

also reached an understanding on the scheduling of the pro-
posed transfers. Transfers will be effective on the dates
