1. Midcareer Course No. 1
Student critiques together with summaries and commentary were
mailed to the DDCI and the Deputy Directors this week.
2. Midcareer Course No. 2
Draft schedules are now being developed for the second course
which begins 13 January. preliminary discussions have been held with
Chief, Management Training in regard to the Management phase of the
25X1A9a course and with Mr.- DDS Training Officer, in regard to the DDS
presentations in the first phase.)
In the light of the experience gained from the first course, it ist

planned to increase the amount of time devoted to Agency problem
to decrease somewhat the amount of time devoted to Management.
