12 - 18 February 1964
1. The following changes in the last week of the Midcareer Course
are worthy of note:
a. Mr. Harlan Cleveland will speak to the group on "U. S.
Government Activities in International Organizations" on
the afternoon of 20 February instead of on 19 February.
b. Congressman Charles Bennett of Florida, a member of the
CIA Subcommittee of the House Armed Services Committee,
will speak at 0900 on 20 February on "Congressional
Relations with CIA."
2. General Carter is scheduled to give the closing address and
present the certificates following Mr. Cleveland's talk on 20 February.
