C. 20315 PROGRAM OF LECTURES March 1964 NWC guest lecturers are assured that their remarks will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be attributed to them, either directly or through insinuation, outside the College lecture hall. Each agency must assure compliance of the following restrictions: (1) The "off the record" basis of the lecture program must be respected. (2) The taking of notes or verbatim transcripts by visitors is not authorized. (3) The privilege of questioning the speaker during the discussion period is not extended to visitors. (4) Attendance at all lectures requires a TOP SECRET clearance. Herewith is a list of titles of lectures to be presented during March 1964. This announcement is to advise the various agencies of the Government of those lectures which are pertinent to them, for which there is a space for visitors, and to acquaint these agencies with the regulations governing attendance.
