SUBJECT Weekly Activities Report #39
31 December 1961 - 6 January 1965
1. Film Production
a. Audio-Surveillance Film
Commitments have been made to , who will
direct this film, to report here on 1 February and to ~ 25X1A
who will shoot the film, to report in late February
on a definite date not yet established. ~ will need
at least three weeks to prepare a shooting scrip and partici-
pate in casting and other pre-production activities.
Messrs. met with Mr. (Office 25X1A
of Security, Alcott Hall ar~d obtained final approval of the
scz?ipt. At the same time, discussed in detail the support
which w~'~~rould expect his office to furnish. A technical
advisor, and alternate, have been assigned to the project and
the Personnel Officer will furnish, as soon as possible, a list
of persons who will be made available as actor candidates.
On 5 January we spent the day looking over a safehouse, which
for possible use as a shooting
location. Some of the rooms could probably be used which would
save constructing about seven sets. We found that the premises
coLild be made available to us on 21~ hours notice. Serious
consideration will be given to using this facility.
Stock footage requirements for the film have been finalized
and a request levied on Graphics Registry to search for it.
These and other pre-production tasks will continue until such
time as actual shooting commences.

material to be used in preparing a treatment for a script for
this film which may be used in future production.
