The DTR raised in his staff meeting of 1 October 1965 the question of "handholding" of WAVE while and ~ This apparently has em for the last fniir or five months. However, in a recent discussion wit new Station Chief/JMWAVE, he was quick to accede to a hiring two individuals to act as "permanent handholder s" . apparently agreed to using funds from one of the WAVE projects to support these two individuals and the action to hire them has been taken. According t who has been involved in this matter, these men will be in e' ec the property of WAVE, but will be in our control for the purpose of assisting in the training of WAVE teams at OTR installations hates that lines are out on -? cwo 25X1 individuals, but no one has been actually hired as yet. 2.
