SUBJECT Bi-Weekly Activities Report No. 6 1 March - 12 March 1965 4. Traditionally, the Navy has been the moat uncoopera- tive of our defense contacts. We have found that each Navy office operated separately with individual rules. However, we have had more success in the last year. For example, the Offfce of Naval Materiel has allowed us to use last minute cancellations in the Price Analysis and Contxact Negotiation Course. We have a stand-by list of students and usually filled their last minute openings. Last Friday morning we were offered three spaces in the course beginning today. We were able to send one candidate, For a number of programs, we know that the informal organization can secure spaces when we cannot. For example, / RMS, can always get an employee into the recur s prograos when enrollments are closed. He contrib- utes materials and time to the GSA programs; therefore, can get our employees into the classes even if max rnum c pacity has been reached. .._. :.a Approved For Release 2009/08/26 :CIA-RDP78-06096A000200020012-5 Approved For Release 2009/08/26 :CIA-RDP78-06096A000200020012-5 SUBJECT : Bi-Weekly Activities Report No. 6 1 March - 12 March 19bS 5.
