Today we received a training request on attend the Executive Leadership Institute. Unfortunately, TSB's deadline was 5 November and the Commission's 12 November. It is also unfortunate that this is a very popular program. We still do not know if our alternate, OEL, as well as our principal, Mr. Enno Knocke, O/DCI, will be accepted. It is encouraging to see the ever-increasing variation in requests from the DDP. Five years ago there were only training requests for language and area. Today the DDP is entering as many fields of training as the DDI and DDS&T. led and confirmed that the CI Staff denied the articipate in The request of National War College trip behind the Iron Curtain.
