OEL, have been nominated. Although the Civil Service
Commission normally accepts only one nominee from each
agency, Mr. Mel Bolster, Asso. Director, Mgt. Institutes,
told--me Wednesday that Mr. Knoche (Priority #1 from TSB)
is definitely accepted and there is a strong possibility that
might also be accepted.

attendance at the Dept. of Defense Computer Institute's Senior
