1. Two employees of OTR were in
the Washington area for a few days. One claimed oral
and written proficiency in Greek, French, Spanish and
Italian. He did not have enough free time for any
written tests, .and wished to defer all but .the Greek
oral test for a future date. The other candidate
claimed-oral proficiency in Cantonese Chinese, and
an oral test was arranged.
