His complete grasp of the subject makes this presentation an outstanding one for the students. Again this exercise proved to be one of the course highlights with loud praise STAT voiced b staff and student. My especial appreciation to STAT who arranged for the personnel who participated, and t e same t anks to those who participated in this fine exercise. STAT These were Messrs. Intel- STAT b. 9 February - DIC SVN Intelligence and Security Services. STAT c. 11 February - Attache Observation and Description. STAT d. 12 February DIC Intel 1 1 gence and Security Service. STAT e. 17 February - DIC - The Soviet Nuclear Program. 6. Miscellaneous Intelligence: On 1 February. was part of a two-man delegation to visit STAT with ChIef, DIA Production Center, and brief him on the proposed Training Program for Civilian College Graduates (JOT). He was pleased with the program as presented, recommending no major changes or additions. Changes have been made in the direction to recruiters for this program,adding to the desired substantive backgroundsdpolitical science, history, and other social sciences. b. Planning continues Advanced Intelligence Course. confirmed for the course are for the opening on 1 March of the Thus far, the bulk of the students civilians from DIA Production and STAT other agencies.
