d. I have been asked to Join the Attach& on their trip to
Baltimore on 17 and 18 February. In view of recent developments,
I may Join them only for the evening session, so as to be available,
as planned, for the week's orientation at Broyhill (1000 Glebe).
e. Attached for your information and retention are two copies
each of Programs of Instruction for the Defense Intelligence Course
and for the Defense Symposium on Strategic Intelligence.
