SUBJECT inspector General's Survey of the
Office of Medical Services
1. 1 have reviewed your reply to my request of
26 September 1968 for a report of your action on recommendations
Nos. 5, 6, 7, and 14 of the inspector General's Survey of the
Office of Medical Services. Your response on Nos. 5, 6, 14,
and part "b" of No. 7 is entirely satisfactory.
2. You may defer until 7 February 1969 your reply
to part "a" of No. 7, which recommended the establishment of
a Medical Services Division to consist of the existing Psychiatric
Staff and Clinical Division.
