Agency Display at Convent
1. On 15 #ecether 1971 the Deputy 0i rector for Support
d this office that the Director of Central Intelligence
day approved our request to submit application to the
American Medical Association (A A) for the display of the
Abuse exhibit in the Agency's name at the annual meeting of
that association. We have now been informed by the AMA that
our exhibit has been selected for display at its annual con-
vention to be held 18-22 June 1972 at the Civic Auditorium,
San Francisco, California. The assistance of addressees is
requested in the proposed procedure outlined below for the
handling of this exhibit, this procedure has been discussed
informally with appropriate officials of addressee offices.
2. Proposed procedure:
A. The exhibit would be picked up by OL from
Graphics & Visual Aids/OL, Room G J 06 Headquarters
Building from ;r. x 103, on or
about 9 May 1972. Since the exhibit contains some
narcotics and barbiturates, these must be handled as
