SUBJECT: Director, USIA Letter on CI Training
1. Relative to the attached letter from the Director, USIA.,
my guess is that his implied subjects are the National Interdepart-
mental Seminar and the Committee on Training.
2. This item could be considered as early as the 20 December
SIG meeting; however, more than likely it will not be considered
until after 1 January 1967.
3. I do not know if Ambassador Kidder and
aware of this letter.
