Rochester.

DDS Staff Meeting
a. DDS wants occasional special presentation at his staff meeting on various
subjects made by" the expert. "
4. Meeting re CT counseling held -- attended by Executive Director-Comptroller,
four Deputy Directors and DTR. Senior counselor idea rejected -- should not
single out CT's by establishing special counseling. Agreed things are going X11
under present system -- DDP will set up four senior career managers.
5. DTR met with Karamessines re conversion project. DDS and DDP now agree
in principle on project plans-- project is evolutionary and reversible -- not
necessarily forerunner for other career fields -- new paper will be drafted.
6. OTR Registr problem discussed. Will be filled by an OTR careerist who
will train under -- nominations were invited.
7. At request of DD/S, DTR met with re possible
invitations to academicians.
8. Per DDS and Colonel White, henceforthno:more post training validation
time for CT's. DDS will send memo to all Directorates concerning immediate
CT transfer upon completion of training.
9. Three pouches lost in the last three weeks by couriers -- be careful of
internal and external courier activity. No summer employee should be courier.
10. Mini- skirts, beards, and hippies discussed.
11. New printing services office opening 13 September.
12. Federal Fund Drive quota increased over 9%.
