Committee will assist us.
b. Suggestion awards should be emphasized within the various offices.
c. DDS shortfall in NIS and CORDS course discussed.
d. DDS wants notice published on courses of interest to the DDS--
including internal and external courses.
e. CT validation period cut off.
f. DDS briefing of BOB to begin 25 September.
g. Senator Ervin Bill would be administratively disastrous.
h. Offices should keep up to personnel ceiling less they lose positions
in any subsequent freeze -- officer slots more important than clerical.
i. DDS wants leave or vacation notice in writing for DTR, DDTR, and
COS.
j. The DDS will keep book on DCI presentations. We should notify DDS
at least two weeks prior to the data. of all DCI presentations.
k. Language School water leakage problem discussed.
1. First floor space in Ames Bldg available for foreign visitors -- 8 to
12 areas have been set up.
m. Conflict of interest requirements have been eased.
n. Contract Review Board has been established in Office of Logistics.
