SUBJECT Weekly Activities Report
6 - 10 November 1972

1. C/OS has been working tutorially with an officer going to
o a one-man base. Special training in records and adminis-
trative procedures was worked out for his wife who will be going on
contract when she arrives in the field.
AGENT AND LIAISON TRAINING BRANCH
2. During the period of this report nine programs involving 25X1A
39 trainees were conducted, and four
on TDY. Three of the programs were begun, five continued an one completed
during this week.
3. For the first time in two years we received an evaluation
from an agent of training given him several months previously. The
station promised to follow this with an appraisal of his performance
since he received the training. We can only hope this begins a trend.
The fact that the agent's appraisal was critical makes it of special
value in the process of validating both content and method in ALT pro-
grams.

WH Chiefs of Station who were here for the WH COS Conference in order
to update our information on Station activity in the narcotics area.
7. Preliminary discussions were held wit
NE/COPS, and , NE Narcotics Referent, concerning the Agency
contribution to the next interagency Narcotics Training Program which will
be held about 24 - 25 January, primarily for BNDD and Customs officers
scheduled for assignment in the NE area.
