Planning proceeds on the first four of seven projected content blocks for Senior Seminar Three scheduled to begin 21 January next. Scope notes for each proposed topic as well as for each block as a whole are being prepared and selection of speakers has begun. The deadline for participant nominations to the Training Selection Board is 1 December. Z. During the past week we have had interestin visits from two of our "consultants." spent most o last Fri ay a vising us on the content and possible external speakers for the block on "New Methodologies of Interest to Intelligence." Dr. Edmund Fulker, Assistant Director of the Graduate School, U.S. Depart- ment of Agriculture, spent most of 31 October suggesting contacts and topics for much of the. entire program. One of his suggested topics--a "world future game" to be played by the World Future Society on the. evening of 14 November--will be investi ated on the spot by the Chief, Senior Seminar Staff, and STATINTL who is charged with organizing the "new methodologies" bloc .
