Director of Training to succeed Mr. ~.ng am. The position
of DM is to be held in abeyance; appointee to be someone
from outside OTR, possibly from outside the Agency.
Mr. Cunningham expected to leave at the end of the following
week (11 May).
Board of Visitors to be elevated; the aim is to put higher
level people on it and increase its responsibilities; perhaps
outsiders to be assigned.
