I would like to start at the very beginning of the 25X1A14a
course and make some siginificant comment about each major
nor ion of the course. There will be; however, some areas left
untouched, unfortunately, due to time and other things this is u
unavoidable. I begin to write this critig4e with a little more
reluctance perhaps than other members of the class. I annstantly,ffnd
myself in this unique position and I am not always sure how to react;
should I react as I think I am expected, or as I really wish?
At the class reception I naturally felt a little uncomfortable,
as I an. sure did anyone who was a for the first time.and had o
absolutely no '~dea what to expect. At the end of the reception I
had the feeling that no one knew anything abut my background or what
I was like as a person. And I might add that throughout the course
no one seemed to try to find out what I was like. I must admit that
I am not necessarily an outgoing person, but the onus should be on
the staff.
At t'ae very outset I must compliment Messrs and 25X1A9a
for their excellent instruction in photoggrap y. Not having
any mow edge of the subject I found that portion of the course very
interesting and benificial.
'''he handgun familiarization was also benificial and useful,
however, there should be time allocated within the schedule for
practice and quilification. The Friday afternoons sot aside I found
unsatisfactory.
As far as the individual excersisea are concerned, gentlemen,
I really have no complaint. I can't see that anything should be eliminated
from the course. Some of the lectures were borne to the class, but I
found. them interesting; i.e. thcr,il;4asvery little th& I already knew.
I was ghite surprised that all of the staff should wait until
the last day and hit me with the sort of converation that should ha~ '!e
been going on from the beginning of the course.kt a later time I will sit
down and write a much more complete criti uet? however at this ime I
wilt say that I found the experience at very interesting and I
im sure I have learded a great &eal.
