Basic terminal behavior. of this course is for the student ~._. to achieve a minimum competency of .Se2 (Elecnentary;j,, R2 and W l level of proficiency or the FI scale within the 26 week period, b. The topic objectives for the basic course are detailed in the attached document. Programming 'T'ask a. The work task of this project will be to develop programmed instructional teaching units for sub-topics designated Units IT through IV only in the attached outline. All other Units f''i. e. ~UnitF3 and V through.XXVlr which precede and follow these selected Units, are ;or reference purposes only. b, The physical programming formats and programming styles utilized in these Units must be mutually agreed upon prior to actual development task, c. The final approved programmed Units will be delivered to the client within six (61" months from the date of the formal contract. d. The prog.: any Units will be considered acceptable by the client when at least 90% of the students have achieved a 90% or better score on the UNIT criterion tests. Minimum. test group size will be 10 students. e. Unit criterion tests developed by the contractor must be approved by the client. k. Fixed price bids only will be accepted. The minimum items which should be included in all proposals is as follows: 1. Financial ability of the contractor to handle the task. 2. Person who will be project director and his relevant work experience. 3e Personnel who would work on the project and their relevant work experience. 4.
