1. In the course of discussions here concerning student

status, I may have negotiated (preliminary) a second slot for the organi-
zation.
2. We all agree here that cannot from a practical stand-

point represent two organizations. It's a case of either/or. The close
community life (unlike the NWC or ICAF) precludes his playing a double
role - student body and community. To attempt such would also be a
disservice to our organization's image and professionalism. Most
outsiders, military included, would consider this type compromise
either lack of professional judgement, poor security practices, or
simply an absence of discipline.
25X1 A9a 3. If or yourself elect to enro Aun er the auspices of
his adopted organization, with a complete follow-through with no
reference to his true status, then it's agreed here that you should send
a second man to fill the vacuum and preclude conjecture which would
result from our lack of representation.
4. In any event, the school advises that final authority for these
matters rests in the Department of the Army at the Pentagon.
