Mr. Knoche organize a temporary staff to Fiupport the Director of
Central Intelligence in the course of current and projected reviews
of intelligence activities by the President's Commission and the
Congress. The following personnel are members of the Staff:

4. To meet its responsibilities, the Staff will rely heavily
on existing organizations, including the Intelligence Community
Staff, the CIA Task Force chaired by the Inspector General and
the Ad Hoc Interagency Task Force.
