WITH SUFFICIENT BASE INFORMATION AVAILABLE, THE ACTIVITY LEVEL WOULD STILL BE ONLY A CONJECTURE DRAWN FROM THE NUMBER OF LIGHTS WHICH ARE RECORDED RATHER THAN FROM GROUND SCENE IMAGERY DISPLAYING A DEFINITE ACTIVITY LEVEL. UTILIZATION OF HIGHER SENSITIVITY FILMS CAPABLE OF RECORDING SCENES LIGHTED BY "MOON LIGHT," WOULD GREATLY INCREASE THE INFORMATION AVAIL- ABLE ON NIGHT COVERAGE AND PROVIDE SCENE IMAGERY RATHER THAN JUST LIGHT PATTERNS. 5. IT IS FELT THAT THE R&D EFFORT SHOULD BE CONTINUED IN THE REGION OF NIGHT AND "MOON LIGHT" PHOTOGRAPHY. AT THE PRESENT TIME, HOWEVER, SHOULD A SPECIFIC REQUEST ARISE REQUIRING THE POSSIBLE USE OF OPERATIONAL NIGHT COVERAGE, SHOULD BE CONTACTED SO THAT WE MIGHT DETERMINE THE CAPABILITY OF SUCH PHOTOGRAPHY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND ALSO DETERMINE THE TYPE AND EXTENT OF SUPPORT INFORMATION WHICH WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE FULLEST PHOTOGRAPHIC INTERPRETATION. 6. FOR FUTURE R)D EXPERIMENTS, A RECOMMENDATION FOR NIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY OVER A SPECIFIC TARGET HAS BEEN MADE BY PHOTOGRAPHIC INTERPRETERS AT AND IS AVAILABLE UPON YOUR REQUEST.
