The Perm Rocket Test Facility is located
in a wooded area 10.5 nm east of Perm at 58-O1N
56-34E. It is served by both road and rail and
has two security fences, the inner fence enclosing
approximately 120 acres. The facility has one
road-served vertical test stand measuring ap-
proximately 60 by 55 feet and 170 feet high, a.
drive-through checkout building about 185 by
100 feet and 55 feet high, and 40 miscellaneous
storage and administration buildings. Within
the facility are four rail spurs, one of which
