This Mission Coverage Index (MCI) furnishes a listing of items of intelligence
interest covered by aerial photography from I Mission 3213 dated 19
January 1963. Items in this listing are arranged by country and within the country
by WAC area. Items are arranged within a WAC by coordinates reading from south
to north and from west to east. An explanation of column headings and photo refer-
ence data used in presenting the information is contained in the appendix.
For convenience of the user, a subject index to the intelligence targets has
been included following the listing. Targets in the subject index are listed (1) by
category, (2) alphabetically by country within the category, and (3) alphabetically by
place name within each country.
The user of this MCI is cautioned that the scan of photography from Mission
3213 was accomplished in a relatively short time and often without the aid of precise
analytical and mensural equipment commonly employed in detailed photographic
analysis. Consequently, although this information is essentially accurate, future
detailed analysis may somewhat alter portions of the information.
Mission 3213 covers portions of Bhutan, China, Tibet, India, and Pakistan.
