A reexamination of photography from
25X1 D I L covering Camilo Cienfuegos Airfield, Cuba reveals
the presence of one and possibly 2 other modified FISHBED C Aircraft.
Canvas-covering on the remaining aircraft precludes a determination of
the total number of modified aircraft.
The modified aircraft appear identical to FISHBED C aircraft with
the exception of a modified vertical fin. The fin has been increased in
area by the addition of a new section along the leading edge. The
appearance is compatible with that of the fin on the FISHBED D and
modified FISHBED C recently photographed
